1. Once you have made your Online Booking, the system will automatically deduct the full amount of your payment value from your credit card. Incase of cancellation or change in booking, REFUND on your payment can be made according to our conditions

2. If the status on the date you wish to make reservation via our Online Booking is showing " Fully Booked " or " Unavailable ", this means the " promotion " or the " discounted price " for Online Booking is NOT available at that period.
