Cancellation Amendment and Refund Policy
Please review the cancellation policy by matching your check in date with the travel season in Thailand. Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers' requirements, and can be summarized as follows:
Normal Season (Thailand) – 1 May to 31 October
Resort cancellation & amendments:
+14 Days before requested arrival date, there is charge 10% of your booking amount.
14 - 7 Days before requested arrival date, there is a 50% of your booking amount.
6 - 0 Day(s) before requested arrival date, there is a cancellation fee of your full booking amount.
High Season (Thailand) – 1 November to 30 April
Resort cancellation & amendments:
+28 Days before requested arrival date, there is charge 10% of your booking amount.
28 - 14 Days before requested arrival date, there is a 50% of your booking amount.
13 - 0 Day(s) before requested arrival date, there is a cancellation fee of your full booking amount.
Peak Season (Thailand) – 22 December to 3 January & 12 April to 16 April
Resort cancellation & amendments:
+45 Days before requested arrival date, there is charge 10% of your booking amount.
45 - 30 Days before requested arrival date, there is a 50% of your booking amount.
30 - 0 Day(s) before requested arrival date, there is a cancellation fee of your full booking amount.
- In case of early check out, non refund will be made.
(Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice)
- For authentication purposes, only written cancellation notices (e-mail or fax) will be accepted. We will not be responsible for any (additional) charges incurred aftercancellations/ amendments without confirmation from our side.
Refund
The refund will be made through cheque. Additionally, although Lima coco Resort Group will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 4 to 6 weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank's practice. |
